Does Outseam mean length?

Asked by Annie Pena

Inseam refers to the distance from the crotch to the bottom of the pant legs, whereas outseam refers to the distance from the waistband to the bottom of the pant legs. Outseam measurements are usually shorter than inseam measurements.
